All the students practice together for about 70minuites- 30min of the first half basic training, a10min break, 25min of the second half training and meditations.


After the regular training above, students who wish to do some more practice stay on to be engaged in individual training (about 30min long).

*Bo-Jutsu or Long Staff Techniques (Black Belt Holders)
